Register with the hawaii state fusion center (HSFC)

The Hawaii State Fusion Center (HSFC) is a collaborative multi-jurisdictional, multi-disciplinary initiative whose mission is to enhance regional capabilities and capacities in the the State of Hawaii to prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover from threats or acts of terrorism.

If you are already receiving emails from one or the Hawaii State Fusion Center platforms (HIORCA, HHVISA, or Safe Keiki), do not re-register.

Private Sector Security Registration Serving critical infrastructure facilities and security.

Schools / Education (Safe Keiki) Registration Serving schools and higher education organizations.

Public Safety / Government Registration Serving state and local government, Fire, EMS, Public Heath and Emergency Management personnel.

Law Enforcement Registration Serving sworn law enforcement officers or working in an official capacity serving law enforcement at the federal, SLTT level.

Non-Government Organization (NGO) Registration Serving nonprofit sectors and faith-based organizations.
